Irie Zulu Chef & Afro Fusion Cuisine mastermind, Yollande Deacon creates these weekly delights based on her native African  and Jamaican cultures, and family recipes shared from mother Mama Cita and her mother in-law’s Jamaican roots (Mama Deacon). Menus are based on availability of local produce.
